Atlantic Link wins the prestigious National Training Award 2007.
The National Training Awards are the UK's number one accolade for businesses, organisations and individuals who have achieved lasting excellence and success through training and learning.
Partnering with Everyday Financial Services, Atlantic Link’s winning entry was chosen from over 800 companies and individuals who entered.
The award, presented by Colin Jackson at Liverpool's St Georges hall, demonstrates how Atlantic Link partners with its clients and how its rapid e-learning technology can save organisations tens of thousands of pounds, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of the final training.
Using the Atlantic Link product suite, Everyday Financial Services has created over 2000 hours of e-learning in less than 18 months, covering areas from staff induction to ordering flowers and sales techniques. Over 1,500 students have taken the courses to date and the National Training Award judging process revealed that Everyday Financial Services have made a saving of over £114,000 in training costs and a significant saving in IT costs. These savings continue to rise as more courses are created and students are trained.
Commenting on the win, Sam Morgan of Atlantic Link stated:
"This award reflects the hard work and commitment of everyone at Atlantic Link, from managers to developers, and is a real pat on the back for all the team. To be judged in such a meticulous manner and come out on top really shows the robustness of our tools, teamwork and processes."
