Atlantic Link adds automatic accessibility to rapid e-learning
A new Content Point option 'Accessible by accessibility clients' allows authors to mark a course as accessible. Full TAB navigation is then immediately available, as well as complete integration with the 3 major screen readers: Windows Narrator, JAWS and Window Eyes. Accessibility can also be controlled at element level, allowing authors to control courses fully and page by page.

| Accessibility focuses on making courses equally easy for anyone to use, including users of assistive technologies such as screen readers.
Commenting on the new release, Managing Director Mike Alcock stated:
"We are seeing more and more requirements from our customers, and the e-learning industry in general, to comply with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act.
When courses are now designed with our latest release and our accessible templates, they should be conformant with the requirements of the W3C-AA guidelines.
Many people were sceptical that Flash e-learning could be made fully accessible, and were therefore forced to compromise most of their courses by serving up HTML content with limited interactivity. Now, with this new release, the most compelling rapid e-learning is available to everyone.
Our developers in Kiev never sleep. Accessibility follows hot on the heels of our automatic course builder wizard and mobile phone output."
