Atlantic Link will develop an interactive system for training call centre staff on the use of their IT systems. The e-learning solution combines highly interactive software simulations and scenarios to ensure that all call centre staff are equipped to deliver the best possible customer service to customers.

The blended system will save hundreds of hours of trainer preparation time per annum, and will provide our client with significant cost savings.

The highly flexible e-learning package is designed to accommodate both classroom and stand-alone training. A special 'trainer mode' can be used for classroom training, with enhanced help being provided in 'stand-alone' mode.
